We recently held our company Dinner & Dance at this venue and had a fantastic experience. The ballroom was excellent — very exclusive, spacious, and it came with a dedicated changing/holding room, which was extremely convenient for our company's dnd committee team. The entire M Hotel team was supportive and professional from the planning stage to the event day. Special thanks to our sales representative Wendy, who has been very responsive and accommodative throughout the planning process. Huge appreciation to Banquet Managers Luthfi and Khai for their exceptional on-site management — they were organized, attentive to every detail, and ensured everything ran smoothly, handling all challenges calmly and professionally. Our guests truly enjoyed the event, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend this venue for corporate events.

Stayed 5 nights in the Nautical Themed Family Suite with breakfast included and what a great experience! Spacious clean room with lovely amenities. Loved the lounge access and the canapés were delicious and so well presented. Such a great family atmosphere, no noise, a great family suite and amazing service. Great location handy to MRT and bus stops. Breakfast was delicious at Cafe 2000. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest in terms of available options but absolutely well worth the extra spend for families!

Here's a more natural and human-sounding review: I had a great stay at M Hotel and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a bus station just a minute's walk away, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of shops, cafes, and coffee shops nearby, so finding somewhere to eat or relax was never a problem. One of the things I liked most was how easy it was to reach popular attractions. Marina Bay and several other key sights were only a short ride or even walk distance, which made sightseeing very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, M Hotel offers great value for money, a comfortable stay, and an excellent location for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

We stay here for 3 days vacation. And I think it’s about RM500/ night which is very great value for the location. There is a bus stand just in front of this hotel so the public transport is very accessible. For the room, it’s very spacious and the view is amazing. It comes with a well designed bath room. It’s not big but can still fit a bath tub which is great after a long day exploring Singapore. The facilities is okay. They do have gym and pool is okay (didn’t get a chance to try it) and there is a self service laundry area just near the pool. The hotel’s restaurant is not halal unfortunately so if you are Muslim, need to find food outside the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — it’s just a short walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (Exit H), making it very convenient to get around. There’s also a convenience store and McDonald’s nearby, which was very handy. 100AM Mall and Icon Village are just a few minutes’ walk away as well, so food and shopping options are easily accessible. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was incredibly spacious and even came with a jacuzzi, which made the stay feel extra luxurious. Despite its large size, the room still felt cosy and comfortable. I also appreciated the in-room entertainment options — the TV supports AirPlay, Chromecast, and Miracast, making it easy to stream our own shows. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
