Very helpful and proactive staff. Especially for persons with disability like me. There was a little bit of chaos during the breakfast buffet but this is expected because we stayed during The Eras Tour and a lot of the attendees are checked in there.

The place is brilliant. Neat and clean place. The room we had was big. Toilet was big. The free breakfast was delicious. The location is close to the center. Also, stations and bus stops are near here.

One of the front desk was rude over the phone. Called in if we can have a late check out- was told in a rude voice and tone that “you can’t, we’re full house.” Which was all good and fine but then I was immediately cut off, she hung up the phone while I was still talking. No call backs either, which is why I know it was intentional. The room was comfy, and the hotel itself is in good location but service is a big deal for me. I would have given them a 1 star on service but all the other staff were nice and polite and would greet us nicely and it will be unfair to them to be piled into this one person.
