Off The Grid is a chic, multifunctional event space in Singapore designed to foster genuine human connections in an increasingly digital world. Located in the Lavender/Kallang area, it balances a professional setup with a "lounge-style" vibe that feels more like an upscale home or private club than a rigid corporate hall.

It is on the ground floor (yes, no stairs!) and comes with two complimentary parking lots. While there are plenty of other parking lots just across the street, it is also within 5-10min walking distance from 2 MRT stations.

It's all about the vibes. We keep our space versatile, catering to all events. It's up to your imagination on how you want to set up the space. Most of our chairs are stackable, and most tables are foldable. Feel free to just come down for a site visit first!

Excellent chillax recreation and flexible space

The space and recreation facilities provided is great for a casual company teambonding session! Very big space and Love that there are plenty of tables/ chairs / whiteboards that is free to move around to suit my activities. Also Kudos for karaoke amenities! Also big shout out to Wei Yue for the wonderful communication and assistance!

Rules

Return all equipment to their original positions.

Return all shifted furniture to its original position.

Decorations must be removed.

Please switch off all lights, air-con and all electrical appliances before leaving.

Keep all doors and windows closed at all time.

No smoking, e-cigarette, shisha and/or use of vapes is allowed in our space. You may smoke outside of the space in the back exit door.

No excessively loud music. Keep all activities within the space. If a complaint due to excessive noise is surfaced, or if the police are activated to survey, full deposit will be forfeited.

Any damages of facilities, equipment or furniture, deposit fee will be deducted as replacement fees.

No illegal activities like drugs, sexual behaviours, etc.

Booking duration is inclusive of setup and tear down time. Kindly reach out to us if you need any extension as it will be based on availability. Any extension beyond the booking time will be charged for every hour or part thereof.

Ensure that both the front and back doors are fully locked before leaving.
