Excellent chillax recreation and flexible space
The space and recreation facilities provided is great for a casual company teambonding session! Very big space and Love that there are plenty of tables/ chairs / whiteboards that is free to move around to suit my activities. Also Kudos for karaoke amenities! Also big shout out to Wei Yue for the wonderful communication and assistance!

You may smoke outside of the space in the back exit door.No excessively loud music. Keep all activities within the space. If a complaint due to excessive noise is surfaced, or if the police are activated to survey, full deposit will be forfeited.Any damages of facilities, equipment or furniture, deposit fee will be deducted as replacement fees.No illegal activities like drugs, sexual behaviours, etc.Booking duration is inclusive of setup and tear down time. Kindly reach out to us if you need any extension as it will be based on availability. Any extension beyond the booking time will be charged for every hour or part thereof.Ensure that both the front and back doors are fully locked before leaving.Price Information

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
