The Function Hall is the flagship event space at PEN & INC One-North: a fully pillarless, column-free hall set in the heart of Singapore's one-north innovation district, a five-minute walk from Buona Vista and one-north MRT with sheltered on-site parking. It pairs the capability of a hotel ballroom with the freedom of an independent venue — a clean, fully air-conditioned canvas you can shape entirely around your event.

At its heart is a 7-metre flat LED stage wall, 4K-ready and built for impact — full-motion brand films, live-camera feeds, sponsor reels, gobo washes and bespoke stage visuals — backed by a professional PA system, wireless microphones, DJ console and a full theatrical lighting rig. Whatever the moment calls for, from a keynote to a first dance, the room is equipped to carry it.

Because the hall is genuinely flexible, it works across the full spectrum of occasions. Open it into a single grand room for a banquet of up to [420] seated or a standing reception of up to [500]; or split it into two independent halls for parallel conference tracks, simultaneous breakouts, or a ceremony-and-reception flow in one booking. It reconfigures cleanly between theatre, classroom, cabaret, banquet rounds, U-shape and boardroom — making it equally at home for corporate dinner & dance, annual galas, product launches, conferences and seminars, town halls, weddings, solemnisations and milestone celebrations.

Catering is refreshingly open.
