Retaining the old-world charm with touches of chinoiserie elements in its design, Restaurant Espoir serves as a venue to impress guests with its opulence and grandeur on its first floor.
On the second floor, Restaurant Espoir boasts a feminine design element with south pink touches and an outdoor roof garden complete with a private room that can host up to 30 guests. Complete with a projector and sound system, the second floor would be an ideal venue for romantic weddings and solemnizations.

We thought the portion looked small when it was served but wow it really does fill your tummy and it tastes really good too! Staff were attentive, and we could tell that a new staff was on training — but everyone was sincere and gave good recommendations too!

Celebrating my best friend's birthday at Restaurant Espoir was an absolute delight! The surprise cake they provided was not only delicious but also beautifully designed, adding a special touch to the celebration. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The food was simply outstanding - each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. And don't even get me started on the mocktails - they're a must-try! Restaurant Espoir exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to go back for another memorable dining experience!

It was generally a nice restaurant for a work lunch. Would recommend. :) Service: I really appreciated that they are able to provide a personalised link that I could send all the members of my party instead of collating them on my own and passing it to the restaurant. They were also very responsive and polite over WhatsApp when I made queries. The only time they didn't respond was one day before the lunch when I had enquired whether a member of my party had ordered (as he had forgotten whether he had done so). We ordered from the set lunch. Appetiser: The options were watermelon salad or mushroom soup. I enjoyed the watermelon salad but my colleague didn't as he expected it to be more sweet than savoury. A friend who ordered the mushroom soup said it was good. Mains: I had the creamy chicken pasta which I enjoyed. Other members of my party seemed to enjoy their food too, although those with the cream beef pasta (not sure what it's called) found it too rich and cloying. Portion size was good too. Dessert: There's no choice for this and you'll be served the dessert of the day. Ours was a yuzu chocolate cake. I was quite excited for this as I liked both flavours but it ended up being quite disappointing. The chocolate taste was not very obvious and it essentially tasted like a normal sponge cake with yuzu cream. I noticed that a lot of members of my party did not finish their food. Service: Anis (?) was a good and attentive host. :) Atmosphere: We were on the second floor and were the only ones there so it was good. Only complaint was that I wished they had sit us closer to the area with functional windows as it was really dark where we were although it was a sunny day during lunchtime. Price: Prices were actually okay. The set lunch starts at $38 although some of the mains are +$8.
