The place is brilliant. Neat and clean place. The room we had was big. Toilet was big. The free breakfast was delicious. The location is close to the center. Also, stations and bus stops are near here.

Services are very good. I turn on button for room cleaning service at 8 PM, by 10 PM already done. The hose in bathroom spilling water by 11PM, by 11.30PM maintenance has come and fixed it. So speedy and efficiently. My friend forgot her stuff in the fridge when checking out, after 8hrs coming back they still have it. Great!

My family and I stayed at the Nautical Suite from 11-12 May 2024. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk and later, Roy, brought us up to the club lounge while waiting for our rooms to be ready. Throughout the stay, Roy had paid attention to details to what my girls like as well as my husband's and mine. We were very impressed by his hospitality and he is definitely a jem!

Although located in a business district, its a short enough walk to Maxwell hawker food hall and there are plenty of cafe alternatives nearby. The pool, spa and gym were great and we liked Jays bar for a seafood pizza. We thought the hotel was close by to Marina Bay , which it is not and the room views were of the port thru buildings, so not fabulous for the $$$. Also ensure your room is not near a service lift as they make noise all night. Our second room was quiet and reception did not hesitate to offer us an alternative.
