Based on Venuerific’s H1 2025 bookings, annual dinners often start around 6:30 PM and wrap by 9:30 PM, especially if there’s a formal program involved. Casual team dinners? Those usually end quicker, think 90 minutes tops, especially if it’s after work and no one's keen to stay late.

Avoid overplanning. If your dinner’s not tied to company milestones or a speech-heavy agenda, 90 minutes is usually enough. Otherwise, build in at least a 30-minute buffer, especially if you're doing awards, games, or team showcases.
