After landing at the airport, we had free time to explore Hanoi's city centre. The bustling streets were alive with culture and gave us a chance to soak in the local atmosphere.

By dinner, we regrouped at Hello Hanoi Restaurant, where we enjoyed authentic Vietnamese cuisine and shared a few laughs before setting off for Sa Pa. The restaurant’s welcoming ambience set the stage for an enjoyable evening. After dinner, we boarded the sleeper bus to Sa Pa, ready for the next part of our adventure.

Sa Pa: The Heart of the Retreat

We travelled to Sa Pa and checked into Sapa Eco Villa and Spa, a peaceful and scenic retreat perfect for unwinding after a busy day. After a restful night, we started the next morning with a buffet breakfast at the villa to fuel up for the day ahead.

The morning focused on the annual report presentation, held in the villa’s restaurant space. As a team, we reflected on our successes from the past year and discussed strategies and goals for 2025.

Exploring Sa Pa: Culture and Nature

Later that afternoon, we embraced some adventure at the Mong Village Alpine Coaster. The thrilling ride through picturesque mountain views was a highlight, sparking laughter and excitement among the team. It was a perfect way to shift gears after the presentation and build stronger connections.

Day 3 was all about soaking in the cultural and natural beauty of Sa Pa. We started the day with a visit to Cat Cat Village, a charming spot where tradition and modernity meet. Walking through the village, we admired the local handicrafts, tried on traditional costumes, and took home souvenirs that reflected the culture of Sa Pa.

Later in the day, we headed to the Glass Bottom Bridge, one of Sa Pa’s iconic attractions. The panoramic views were breathtaking, and the colourful surroundings made it a perfect spot for photos. While the zipline and rope bike game were options, most of us chose to relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy each other’s company.

The Perfect Dinner to Wrap It Up

We wrapped up the retreat with a comforting and communal hotpot dinner at Sailing Sapa Cafe. The warm, hearty meal brought everyone together one last time, making it the perfect way to end our trip. As we shared stories, laughter, and delicious food, it became one of the most memorable moments of our time in Vietnam. 

To add an extra touch of fun, our CEO, Ric Sentosa, hosted the Venuerific Awards 🏆, creating a lighthearted and unforgettable atmosphere. These awards celebrated the quirks, contributions, and personalities of our team with categories that had everyone laughing and cheering:
