The Design Studio is a hybrid event space Kuala Lumpur offering both a large open space dedicated to co-design and collaboration (>1000sf) and an inspiring maker space (>250sf).

The Design Space is equipped with the right equipment from whiteboard walls to a multimedia system and can support all kinds of workshops and training. The Maker Space is fully installed with 3D printers, CNC and all the tools you need.

A team of professionals will assist you along your journey and will make sure you will have the best experience.

Cancellation Policy by The Venue

We require Advanced Full Payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing and the following terms are applicable;

» Postponing your event is free of charge, subject to availability.

» More than 14 days’ notice; you will be refunded 50% of the total venue and equipment hire charge.

» Less than 14 days’ notice; you won’t be refunded.

» Catering charges may also be payable, subject to the terms and conditions agreed with the caterer.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION BY US

We may cancel your booking and thereby terminate this agreement at any time when incidents occur which are deemed outside our control and effect the venues ability to provide the services for which it was contracted to. Any payment paid will be refunded to you.
