1. The client shall notify the hotel in writing of any cancellation of the event.
2. From fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date or event date, a penalty charge of an amount equal to 50% of the total estimated amount of the event will be imposed.
3. From seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or event date, a penalty charge of an amount equal to 100% of the total estimated amount of the event will be imposed.
4. The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
5. All goods sold are non-refundable.

Yes, we have indoor parking in the basement and we can extend RM10 flat rate for maximum 10 cars. There are plenty of open space parking next to the hotel as well.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes, as long as they follow our guidelines. However if you require additional days and hours, there will be additional charges.

Is it wheel chair friendly?
