The venue will be handed over to the Hirer in its default setting. The Hirer is entirely responsible for resetting the venue back to its original layout and condition post-event.

The Hirer must maintain cleanliness during the booking period.

Live plants and confetti are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Additional Information On Price

Level 1:

Monday - Thursday, 10am-5pm: S$1,000/hour

Other timing: S$1,200/hour

Level 1 and 2:

Monday - Thursday, 10am-5pm: S$1,500/hour

Other timing: S$1,800/hour

✅Pricing includes built in stage and 200 designer chairs.

✅Additional add-ons available for AVL, digital branding, furniture, immersive technology and services.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable Soft Booking Fee of S$3,000 is required to temporarily hold requested dates.
To officially confirm the booking, the 100% full balance plus a refundable security deposit must be paid no later than three months prior to the scheduled event date.
Any request to change or reschedule an event date must be submitted in writing more than three months before the original event date.
