Wonderful service! I accidentally booked the wrong type of room that was non refundable, and they were able to cancel it without a charge. Then, after that cancellation I rebooked the room using the right type, but for the wrong dates! (Its like I've never booked a hotel before, despite doing it almost weekly for business) this incurred a no-show fee as I hadn't landed in the country yet (I knew travel would add a day, and I had booked it right the first time, but mistakes happen) they were able to waive the no-show fee as well! Absolutely amazed by this level of service as I don't yet have any status with the park hotel group. I will definitely be making future reservations here, based on this experience alone! The rooms are nice and well kept, and the views are also nice. The pool is wonderful to lounge and relax by, and the gym is well stocked. I haven't tried the breakfast buffet yet, but prices are reasonable and the selection looked quite good. Definitely a good choice for a Singapore vacation or business stay, and wonderful service all around. Thanks again for sorting out my mistakes and not charging me extra for them! A great first experience in Singapore.

Nice ambience, friendly staff, good/accessible location. - there were 7-11 convenience stores, supermarkets and eateries/restaurants nearby. Love the evening view and drinks from the Crystal Lounge. The swimming pool was relatively empty on our visits and surprisingly, it was big enough for proper swimming / workout - a point to note for improvement: it would have been refreshing if they provided cold bottled drinks together with the towels at the swimming pool on hot days. The female receptionist at the main counter was extremely friendly and had great memory- she even wished one of us happy birthday on the day of our birthday as she remembered the information from our check-in details. Kudos for 5 stars customer service.

Room was a bit small and didn't have a bathtub. But the view from the room is great and I had a great view of the city area. Bed was comfy. Not too hard but not too soft. The pillows were also firm and nice. Everyone here is polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast at porta was delicious and filling. The swimming pool is big and quite nice to float around in.
