Overall great experience staying in this hotel back in April; helpful & friendly staff from check-in to -out, room was tidy & quiet, great location with easy accessibility. Some minor issues with the room access card from time to time as it may take a couple more times to scan my way in, but nothing too annoying. Staff advised some facilities were effected due to renovation works but not an issue for my wife and I as we were out and about most of the time. Looking forward to coming back here in future when renovation works are completed!

Good for a quick short stay, basics in place and wifi fast. Location was great, short walk to Clarke Quay and other shopping centres. Bathroom was nice and clean. The room and bedding was fair. Try to avoid rooms near the fire exit/ fireman’s lift it can get very noisy from the exhaust of some sort.

As many have experienced the Hotel was under renovation while we were here. We knew that when we booked through our travel agent. We thought the pool would be open but because of the weather works were delayed and it was closed. The very helpful and friendly staff upgraded our room to make up for this. All staff was really helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Justin. The beds were super comfortable and the location so close to the river and the Fort Canning MRT really convenient. When all the work is finished it will be a top stay in Singapore.
