Problem logging in?
If you're having trouble logging in even after entering the correct credentials, you might want to try clearing your browser cookies.
The method for clearing your internet cookies differs depending on the browser you're using. Below, select your internet browser for step-by-step instructions on how to clear cookies.
Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Go to https://www.venuerific.com.
- Open the "Site Information" from the address bar indicated by the icon before the website address.
- Select "Cookies and site data."
- Choose "Manage on-device site data."
- Inside "On-device site data," delete both venuerific.com and www.venuerific.com site data.
- Reload the page and try logging in again.
Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Go to https://www.venuerific.com.
- Open the 'Site Information' from the address bar indicated by the padlock icon.
- Select "Clear cookies and site data..."
- Choose "Remove" in the appearing dialog.
- Reload the page and try logging in again.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Go to https://www.venuerific.com.
- Open the 'Site Information' from the address bar indicated by the padlock icon.
- Select "Cookies."
- Inside "Cookies in use," choose "Remove" for both venuerific.com and www.venuerific.com.
- Reload the page and try logging in again.
Safari
- Open Safari.
- Click on Safari in the menu at the top of the screen.
- Click on "Settings/Preferences."
- Go to the "Privacy" tab.
- Click on "Manage Website Data..."
- Type "venuerific" in the search box.
- Choose "Remove All" or select websites individually to remove.
- Reload the page and try logging in again.
