Event Space Rental Terms and Conditions for Bar Roca KL 

1. Reservation and Booking:

1.1 To secure the event space at Bar Roca KL, a non-refundable deposit of RM1000 is required at the time of booking.

1.2 The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit .

2. Cancellation Policy:

2.1 Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled event time to avoid additional charges.

2.2 If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event, the full rental fee will be charged, and the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.

3. Payment:

3.1 The remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit, must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Other miscellaneous charges during event can be paid upon bill issuing. 

3.2 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or online transfer.

4. Event Details:

4.1 The client must provide accurate details regarding the event, including the number of attendees, special requests, and any specific requirements.

4.2 Any changes to the event details must be communicated to Bar Roca KL at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

5. Damages and Cleanliness:

5.1 The client is responsible for any damages to the event space or restaurant property during the event. Damages will be billed directly to the client or there will be a top up charge on final bill. 

5.2 Excessive cleaning required after the event may result in additional charges (e.g. glitter)

6. Noise and Disturbance:

6.1 The client must ensure that the event does not cause excessive noise or disturbance that may affect other restaurant patrons and the Neighbourhood 

6.2 Bar Roca KL reserves the right to request the client to reduce noise levels or take appropriate action to address disturbances.
