Event Hall Capacity:
🎭 Theatre Setting (Chairs Only): Up to 120 pax
🏫 Classroom Setting (Tables & Chairs): Up to 70 pax
🔹 Cluster Setting: 60–80 pax
Event Hall Rental Base Rates:
Weekday Half Day (5 hours): RM4,000
Weekend Half Day (5 hours): RM4,500
Weekday Full Day (9 hours): RM5,500
Weekend Full Day (9 hours): RM6,000
Additional Hours: RM500/hour

DSPACE Operation Hours:
Monday-Sunday, 8AM-10PM
Event Hall Access & Suggested Timing:
Hall doors open at 9 AM. If setup is required, clients should schedule their event start time accordingly.
Recommended event schedule:
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM → Setup & Preparation
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM → Event Session
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM → Dismantle & Cleanup
Grace Period: 30 minutes after 6 PM for final cleanup. After this, overtime charges (RM500/hour) apply.
Food & Beverage Policy:
Third party catering (kindly submit the food list for checking purposes to make sure it aligns with our F&B restrictions and policy, only light refreshment is allowed.)

Came here to join for a business talk. They have nice stage and LED, and audio quite good also. But most I like is the environment is very clean and big space , ideally if u want come for product launching, talk sharing, seminar smtg else, just that toilet is not very convenient, need to take lift to ground floor 😂
