Sages offers an expansive 1,376 square foot location situated on the 28th floor of Pavilion Embassy, featuring stunning KL city view. Our adaptable setting is custom-designed to accommodate vibrant workshops, thought-provoking conversations, and energising creative gatherings.

Availability

Available on weekdays & weekends (except Public holidays)

Opening hours: 9am-6pm

*Subject to space availability & management approval.

Venue Rental Package A - rm1800 weekdays/ rm2100 weekends

*Optional shoes-on-venue recommended for product launches additional rm600

*Multi-heavy equipments/ furnitures brought in to space for shooting additional rm1200 

Security Deposit for Booking Confirmation

RM600 refundable deposit with no cancellation. The deposit will be refundable under the condition that there is no overtime and no damages caused to the premise. Cancellation 1-week before deposit will be forfeited.

Venue Rental includes:-

2. Lounge Area with sofa

3. Mini Pantry with refrigerator

4. Not included: Private consultation room, management room & director room

Amenities includes:-

1. Air-conditioning

2. Full PA system with 4 speakers

3. Handheld mic x2

4. 300 mbps WiFi connection

5. Mobile whiteboards x2

6. Water dispenser (hot & cold)

7. TV at lounge to play branding videos

Optional Add-Ons:-

1. Table Rental - rm100 per table

2. Chair Rental - rm10 per chair

3. Pre-event setup at 8am - rm200 per hour

4. Pre-event setup 1-day prior - rm400 for 4 hours/ rm200 for 2 hours

5. Overtime hours after 6pm - rm250 per hour

Underground parking space available at Pavilion Embassy.

Venue limitations

1. No smoking

2. No shoes allowed

3. Any damages done will be bear by the client
