Where do you deliver to?
We provide Island-wide delivery.
Can I customise the menu due to dietary restrictions?
Yes, we provide a diverse range of menu options to suit various preferences and dietary requirements. Our menus can be customised to cater your specific event needs.
Will there by any additional charges if I were to cancel my order last minute?
Yes, 100% full payment charge will be imposed if the cancellation request is less than 72 hours before the event.
What are the payment modes accepted?
We accept payment methods such as PayNow, PayLah, Bank Transfer and Credit Card. Note that pre-payment 3 working days prior to the event is required and 4.5% administration fee is applicable for Credit Card transaction.
Is How's Catering Halal?
Yes, we are halal-certified.
Is my order officially confirmed following the submission of my enquiry?
Orders will be processed solely upon receiving confirmation through SMS or email.
What are your office operating hours?
Our office is open from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and closed on weekends. For urgent matters, please contact us at 9830 3430.
Do you deliver on Weekends and Public Holidays?
Yes, we deliver every day.
Can I do self-collection
Yes, self-collection is available at 8A Admiralty Street #03-20/21/22 FoodXchange Admiralty Singapore 757437.
How many days in advance do I need to place an order?
To ensure a smooth and timely preparation of your order, we kindly request that you place your order 5 working days in advance. This allow us to provide you with the best possible service and guarantee the availability of our menu. However, if you have an event coming up in less than 5 working days, we encourage you to reach out to us directly at 6852 2852 or 9830 3430 to check on the availability, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What are the delivery charges?
For Self-Heating Mini Buffet / Bento Box / Snack Box / Sharing Platter, the delivery charges are $40.00 ($43.20 w/GST) per trip, CBD areas surcharge $10.00 ($10.80 w/GST).
For Buffet, the delivery charges are $80.00 ($86.40 w/GST), CBD areas surcharge $10.00 ($10.80 w/GST). For Seminar Package (Half Day Seminar - 2 sessions), the delivery charges are $100.00 ($108.00 w/GST), CBD areas surcharge $20.00 ($21.70 w/GST). For Full Day Seminar (3 sessions), the delivery charges are $120.00 ($129.60 w/GST), CBD areas surcharge $30.00 ($32.60 w/GST).
Additional surcharge of $100.00 ($108.00 w/GST) for Level 2 and for subsequent of $50.00 ($54.00 w/GST) per level is applicable for non-lift landing.
Please take note that delivery charge may vary during festive peak season.
