Give us 48 hours to double check & verify the validity of the details provided. We will contact you with a detailed quotation for the payment of the remaining amount (i.e. Price of Package - Soft Booking Fee = Price to be paid) if all is good! Once the full payment is received, we will officially reserve the set up slot for you! --- *Please only proceed with the soft booking when you are 100% confirmed & want to reserve the particular set up slot. We don't have a strict rule to as how long the set up can be placed for, you are able to let us know your plan (i.e. The time to set up, the time to tear down) and we will will reserve the slot for you accordingly. But do take note that its the client's responsibility to ensure that the set up is being taken care of during the entire period, any damages will be charged to the client accordingly. Latest teardown: 9PM daily

Overnight additional charge: $120 * Subjected to approval based on location / timings (i.e. Strict no to overnights for outdoor/public areas) * Its the client's responsibility to ensure the prop's integrity throughout (from the time set up is complete to us arriving to teardown). Any damages to any props will be charged accordingly to the client. * Latest teardown daily: 9PM

Strict no. Our packages & services is limited strictly to the decorations only. It's the client's responsibility to make all reservations or bookings for venue / photographers / videography.

TOKI's Responsibility TOKI is responsible for the timely set up of the decorations only (i.e. everything that is stated in the package) If any form of coordination / liaising is required, please do let us know in advance as there are coordination fees Client's Responsibility Ensure that the venue is ready for us at the stated set up time (i.e. all reservations, permissions, etc.) We are not responsible for any delays in the completion of the set up due to the venue not being ready upon agreed set up time Ensure the props are not damaged between the entire period (from the time set up is completed till the tear down time). Any damages will be charged fully to the client
