Had a great dinner here, all the dishes were on point, cocktails were great. Service was excellent and they even gave us a free slice of churros cake as I was celebrating my boyfriend's birthday :) I used my amex love dining promo and they were also kind enough to remind us halfway through that we needed to order specifically two mains (which we hadn't) to use the promo, so that was nice too. We went on a Thursday evening and it wasn't crowded and noisy so that was great too.

Staff are amazing with their recommendations. The broccolini is very good. Tacos are their signature dishes and the fried fish or the pork belly are the ones to try. The corn with the cheese bread is very good too. Overall food is great and at a very good value. Would definitely be back to try other items in the menu.

Nice restaurant, comfortable ambience. The food was better than expected. Tasty food prepared with fresh ingredients, beautifully presented. The grilled oysters were fabulous albeit it would be perfect if the oysters were a little larger. The service was excellent. Good first visit

Alegria gives off a modern and funky vibe with its graffti-like wall murals and striking bar. The Beef Birria is a Latin-Asian inspired pair of tacos filled with tender slow-cooked beef, salsa and melted cheese. The tortillas were soft, pliable and sturdy, and having it with the consommé made every bite even more flavourful. And we couldn't stop munching on the Kani Nachos. The perfectly thin and crispy chips were accompanied with shredded faux crab that is mixed with onions, mango bits and sriracha mayo. The Pao De Quiejo was the real star and an absolutely cheese bomb. The box unveiled a mini dough balls that were pillowy soft, had a chewy like mochi texture and exploding with cheesy flavour. The Pao has got a nice cheese pull too for the fun feels. Sadly he Caldo de Laksa was underwhelming. It has grilled tiger prawns bathed in laksa broth, and served with mexican fried rice and a wrap. The broth had the coconut and fragrant laksa taste, but was light and lacked depth. Though flavourful, the fried rice was dry with some undercooked parts, and the wrap came apart too easily and was too powdery and floury for our liking. And how can we not end with some Churros that was dusted with cinnamon sugar and shaped like an escargot pastry. It was crispy on the outside, and light and fluffy on the inside.

Chanced upon this new addition to Amex love dining and decided to give it a try. The dishes are fusion in style and every dish is well executed and presented. I thought the food portion could be bigger. The chic deco and relaxing ambience of the place definitely elevated the overall dining experience.
