Cancellation Policy by The Venue

Cancellation Policy:

There is a penalty of:

a) 10% of the Space Rental Fee for cancellation of a booking at any time 30 days prior

to the booking date.

b) 25% of the Space Rental Fee for cancellation of a booking at any time between 15-29

days prior to the booking date.

c) 50% of the Space Rental for cancellation of a booking at any time between 8-14 days

prior to the booking date.

d) 75% of the Space Rental for cancellation of a booking at any time between 4-7 days

prior to the booking date.

e) 100% of the Space Rental for cancellation of a booking at any time between 1-3 days

prior to the booking date.

In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full Space Rental Fee and any additional

charges that has been incurred (i.e. catering, etc.)

By way of illustration: If your booking is on 30th June, you will be charged 100% of the Space

Rental Fee for cancellation from 27th June onwards, 75% of the Space Rental Fee from 23th

June onwards, and 50% of the Space Rental Fee for cancellation from 16th June and 25% of

the Space Rental Fee for cancellation from 1st June onwards.

Very nice cosy space, that has many different kinds of spots if you’re looking for a co-working space as well. There’s also a small “cafe” for drinks and ice cream too :)

Very conducive place to study at with many co-working areas and amenities. They have an array of cafe foods in extension to the full menu at Eaglewings Loft upstairs. The staff were very friendly to assist us as well, which made our experience very good. Thank you!

That we've booked this place for our events for two years in a row is testament to how much we love this multi-purpose venue. There is a space to meet our every need, be it to hold a hundred seated audience or mingling session for everyone, with a room to spare, and we've not even fully expended the venue's potential. :) The folk at City on a Hill are efficient and always on hand to provide support. Booking is simple and fuss-free via their online booking system. The venue and its systems are very well-maintained. It's been great pleasure working with them and we hope to be back again!
