room2f is a multi-use event space that is conveniently located just minutes away from City Hall, Bugis and Bras Basah MRT stations. The cosy, well equipped and versatile cafe-like space can hold 70-80 pax seated for gatherings, 70-80 pax for seminars and 50-60 pax for meetings & workshops.
There are plenty of parking options within and around Bras Basah Complex, as well as escalators and lifts to access our space.
The party and corporate event venue Singapore comprises a bar and reception with open seating area, an assortment of board, card and tabletop games, retro video game machines, curated books and magazines, as well as a gallery wall for you to display your works, photos or products. Projection equipment and microphones are available upon request. You can showcase, share & engage, get together, create new ideas and hold all important work or life events within this beautiful space.
This makes it the perfect location for a wide variety of events including birthday parties, celebrations, gatherings, workshops, showcases and also corporate events.
We cater to private events, corporate events, photography and video shoots at affordable rates. Just write to us if you need a space that can work to your needs.

Came upon this venue for my son 1st birthday party and no regret. The owner was friendly, helpful, and customer oriented, enquired several qns, and he ans patiently. The owner even helped me to put one of my decoration as we wasnt tall enough to reach the top. The venue was cosy, able to accomondate our buffet table, have sufficient tables and chairs for our guests. It has varieties of activities for the young and old, the kids can self entertained which give the adults a breather. There were even console games that were free to play for our guests and AV system. All our guest love the place and really enjoyed themselves. Will definitely be back for future events. Thank you for making our celebration run smoothly.

Fantastic location and excellent facilities. My group of 60pax from NUS were wowed by the furniture, space, art and arcade games, and totally enjoyed themselves. The management is accommodating and responsive. The only minor downside is that some guests found it difficult to find within the complex. Highly recommend for both personal and corporate events.

Found this gem of an event space to host my little one’s first birthday celebration for about 90 pax. The place was perfect - clean, nice, convenient, well furnished and comes with a huge variety of games and entertainment for both the young and young-at-heart. The owners were responsive and helpful, making the whole process smooth and seamless. Our guests were impressed with the venue. Will definitely come back to this space for future events!

Found this place to hold my child's one month party. It was a really suitable venue. It is at an accessible place, and the room was spacious, clean, cosy( like cafe), with sufficient chairs and tables for my guests. The games provided made it fun for the kids and adults too. We could also play music of our choice and there is even a toilet in it. Highly recommend this place for big group events :)

Hosted a party for my daughter's 88th day celebration at Room2F. I found out about Room2F from a FB group and saw awesome reviews about it. The owners, Edgar and Florence, are friendly and helpful. They are very prompt with replies when we communciated via Whatsapp. The event venue is cosy, inviting and VERY CLEAN! There are games and activities to occupy the young and old. Our guests all had a great time playing on the game sets. What we love is that the event venue has a toilet there so our guests didn't have to leave the venue to use a toilet somewhere else. There is also 2 highchair available for young kids. There is a small kitchenette with amenities like a kettle and fridge for hot and cold beverages. The owners are also very flexible and accommodating. We were allowed to use any caterer of our choice and free to put up decorations (at certain areas). There is a console set to play music for the party. The venue is tugged away at a corner at Bras Basah Complex so it may be slight difficult to locate. But the owners provided us with messages on how to get there and we forwarded it to our guests. All in all, Room2F is a wonderful and fuss-free place for parties and gatherings and I highly recommend it.
