EVENT SET-UP & LOGISTICS

Do you allow indoor/outdoor fireworks?

No, we do not allow any live fire or fireworks regardless indoor or outdoor.

If there are last minute changes what is the latest I need to inform your team?

For logistics, 3days in advance. For change of event dates, 1month in advance and subject to availability.

Am I allowed to BYO my own venders of Equipment, Stage and Entertainment?

Yes, we allows external vendors.

PARKING

Is there parking available?

Yes, we do have a basement carpark.

Can I buy parking tickets for all attendees?

Yes, please check with us.

What are the charges for parking?

06:00am to 09:59pm - $1.00 per half hourly or part thereof, 10:00pm to 03:00am - $4.00 per entry

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Does CSC provide catering Service?

CSC does not have internal catering service, but we do work with external catering services.

Can I engage my own external caterer?

Yes, CSC allow your own external caterer, but do note on the Terms & Conditions.

Is alcohol allowed?

Ys, but please be informed that you are responsible for the behaviour of your guests.

What the payment terms?

Full payment, 7days before the event.

How do I make payment?

You may make payment via Bank transfer, Paynow, Cards, Nets and Cash.

What is the latest notice time limit I need to make an event booking?

7days in advance, if venue is available.

Had an amazing cooking workshop here

The cooking studio was fully equipped so we didn't need to bring any kitchen appliances. I would say this space is also perfect for cooking shows or those Youtubers who need a big kitchen space for their cooking channels haha.

Perfect for teambonding sessions over sports

We had our training session and teambonding sports functions after over soccer. It was so fun to be able to bond over sports and CSC Tessensohn has tennis courts too and we want to come back next time for tennis games.
