Eat and drink at our casual dining cafe, browse and shop at our lifestyle retail nook, and get creative and interactive at Flex, our community space. You’re welcome to have fun on your own, bring a friend, or make a new one here. We are nested in a 3 storey shophouse in the heart of Chinatown right at the fringe of the CBD. It is an area bustling with vibrancy, history and heritage.

We have 2 separate floors with 3 areas available for bookings and offer a wide range of menu and layout customization and offer additional services such as custom collaterals and decorations. We'd be glad to discuss further on planning for your perfect event in this event space Singapore!

Description

A 800 sqft multi-purpose workshop/events space for just about anything. The loft is a casual, clean and versatile space. We can customize tables and chairs to your requirements or even none at all. This space seats 36 pax comfortably in cluster, communal or seminar style and up to 60pax theatre style. Events we've had in the past includes retreats, workshops , townhalls, seminars, meetings, yoga retreats, baby showers and parties, training and classes.

Our level 2 area is part of our cafe dining space that houses a art gallery. It has a clean, modern and spacious vibe with warm hues from our wood floors and fixtures. This space is suitable for launch parties, media launches, corporate seminars and any other purpose that requires cluster, seminar style or communal (long table) with seatings of up to 40pax. (We can hold another 18 pax in another area) Level 2 is made up of Flex 1 (Capacity: 40 Seated) and Flex 2 (18 Seated) with a total seating capacity of up to 58pax, Flex 2 can be used as a product display/showcase or as a buffet area.

First time here and really like the sandwich and waffle. The staff are polite and friendly. Acoustic here can be improved but this is typical of shophouse setting. Will come back again for my Sunday brunch!

Came here at mid-day. The service crew is totally friendly and they are always ready to answer your questions. My wife and I were seated at the counter table and was curious about the way they prepare the coffee and they are so enthusiastic in answering our questions. Coffee is good and if you wanna try waffle that is different, try their waffle that has a mix of Mochi texture which is chewy. My wife is not a waffle person but she totally love this waffle. Do drop by to support if you are nearby.

Grids Coffee Latte hit all the right notes for me. I've tried several coffee joints around the area and the Brazilian beans with it's chocolatey, sweet finish (sugarless) made me crave every sip. The coffee art was a bit off.. 😂 But the taste more than made up for it. I'll definitely be back for more next time! ❤️

The service was great and I love the settings, look and feel. It's a nice place to chill with your friends. We ordered some bites and drinks. They looked great but tasted alright. Mentaiko Fries were kinda oily and chicken poppers had no taste (dependent on the sauce). Would return again to try the Sando next time.

Had chicken waffle and I was so surprised by how well marinated and juicy the chicken patty was. Not to mention that the batter was light and crispy, which is totally different from other chicken waffles that I have tasted. Although the waffle is quite filling and a bit tough but overall was good. The server was attentive and ran us through the menu, ensuring us that we were satisfied.
