Description
Helmed by the team behind Lofty Spaces, HAPPEN is a multi-purpose space for all occasions. The 2,500 sqft open concept space is centrally located on the fringe of CBD. Housed within a restored conservation shophouse built in the 1930's which used to be the home to the iconic Singapore Institute of Science and has since been given a new lease of life with its high pitched-roof exposed ceiling and unique curve full windows which allows natural lighting to flood and space during the day.
HAPPEN is equipped with a suite of equipment and facilities that is able to cater for any occasions ranging from corporate events such as business meetings, workshops and product launches to recreational events like weddings, baby showers, birthdays, team bonding, award & appreciation ceremonies and many more.

Perfect place for team bonding event!
Happen is very satisfying for the facilities it has. The price is also very suitable for the company and some of the games they have are quite entertaining for our team bonding session :)

It's such a chill and fun space here. There were darts, foosball, video games, and more. Everyone loved it.

Definitely recommend this place for parties!
I held my birthday celebration at their space. The space is huge and clean. V convenient as well just right beside the train station. Decor looks great there also and has all the necessary things needed for a great party.

Lili (our staff in charge) was very helpful and making sure we have everything we need. my staff had alot of fun singing songs play all the games take alot of pictures also! Thank you HAPPEN for a great time!

Very cozy and clean venue, facilities for like karaoke, pool table, foosball table, PS4 and board games , excellent location - very close to the MRT, Bus stop and Sim lim Tower.

Venue is well-equipped and filled with facilities for everyone to enjoy. Karaoke, pool table, PS4, foosball just to name a few. Very unique experience and definitely a wonderful place to host your event 100% recommend!

There were a lot of amenities - a super big fridge, mah jong table, pool table, board games, large screen TV and music sound system and everything was in really good condition :) The high ceilings greatly added to the ambience!! It was a super cozy and intimate setting with everything that was needed to throw a great party.
