Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

(Deposit and cleaning fees will be fully refundable in the event of cancellation)

Good space for solemnisation

The space was neat and tidy. Everything went pretty smooth. Good for solemnisation. But need to search the location with the building name instead of the postal code if you are using Google Maps. The postal code is showing the building next to it.

Gr8 Party!

Very pleased with the booking! Ordered add-ons for our party & we were glad we did. It helped to enhance the atmosphere. Children loved the children’s corner. Adults had fun with the variety of table games & Fusball. Highly recommend the place!

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the event space and in all corridors
Refrain from excessively loud music, shouting or rowdy behavior. Keep music at acceptable volumes.
All activities should be confined to the event space.
Complaints or police involvement may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Any form of sexual activity or drug use is strictly prohibited.
In case of vomit found within the venue, shared public spaces or corridors, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply.
Refrain from using strong mounting tapes, nails, glue or any adhesive that may damage surfaces or be difficult to remove. Additional charges may apply for reinstatement.
Additional cleaning fees may be imposed if the floor or walls are dirty due to food or liquid consumption, mud stains, or any other introduced debris.
Charges also apply for any damage or loss of items,
Leave the event space on time unless prior confirmation has been sought. Additional charges may apply for overstaying.
Before you leave, kindly ensure all trash are disposed in the provided bins and food stains are wiped off. This is to reduce likelihood of any pest. Please also move the furniture back to its original position before leaving the venue.
Please ensure that all air con and lights are switched off and the door is securely locked upon leaving and returning the space.
Please ensure that all belongings have been taken after leaving the space. We will not be responsible for any of your loss of belongings.
Shoes are to be removed before entering premise.
