- Week day rates (Mon - Fri Day Time) : $199 per hour
- Week end rates (Saturday - Sunday) : $229 per hour
- Minimum booking of 2 hours are required

This space is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for a productive meeting, including a screen, projector, whiteboard, and blinds. The inviting atmosphere and these essential features create an ideal setting for collaborative discussions and successful presentations.
Additional Information
- Minimum booking of 2 hours are required for Saturday and Sunday.
1) Full payment is required for confirmation of booking.
2) Payment made is non-refundable.
3) The hourly rate will be charged if usage exceeds the booking duration by 30 minutes.

We hosted my dad’s 50th Birthday celebrations in the multi-purpose space on a public holiday. Half the success of our party was the ambience of the location!! The view and all the furnitures and decorations of the space was very elegant and nice. All the guests were impressed with the space and we really enjoyed our time. I worked with Ms. Katrina Shen for booking and she was very friendly and helpful throughout (even came down on a public holiday to help us set up). She not only handled all the administrative things, but also gave us good ideas and suggestions! Overall, we had a wondering time during our party in OnlyUSpace!!

For your event needs, we can’t recommend Only U Space enough. The venue is bigger than the pictures let on with a killer view of the city skyline, is easily accessible, has all the amenities you need, and (most importantly) the service is top-notch.
