- Week day rates (Mon - Fri Day Time) : $199 per hour
- Week end rates (Saturday - Sunday) : $229 per hour
- Minimum booking of 2 hours are required

Additional Information
- Minimum booking of 2 hours are required for Saturday and Sunday.
1) Full payment is required for confirmation of booking.
2) Payment made is non-refundable.
3) The hourly rate will be charged if usage exceeds the booking duration by 30 minutes.

He even went beyond his duty to make sure my event was setup properly without a hitch. i would definitely book ONLY U space again for future event needs and highly recommend for both professional and private event space needs.

We hosted my dad’s 50th Birthday celebrations in the multi-purpose space on a public holiday. Half the success of our party was the ambience of the location!! The view and all the furnitures and decorations of the space was very elegant and nice. All the guests were impressed with the space and we really enjoyed our time. I worked with Ms. Katrina Shen for booking and she was very friendly and helpful throughout (even came down on a public holiday to help us set up). She not only handled all the administrative things, but also gave us good ideas and suggestions! Overall, we had a wondering time during our party in OnlyUSpace!!
