Nestled on the 3rd level of the National Library Building, OTC Cafe is a cafe and bar well tucked away from hectic city life. The cozy atmosphere makes it one of the best venue places in town for corporate events, exhibitions, and birthday parties.

Event Booking:

For corporate booking, please reach out to events@otccafe.sg to discuss your venue and food requirements.
We can cater to small group functions (< 50 pax) to large parties (200 - 400 pax), offering tea break refreshments, buffet line, canapes, lunch/dinner, coffee/tea etc.

Café Venue for Seminars, Conferences, Networking, Functions:

• $2000++ onwards per 4 hours booking, weekend rate applies
• Cafe Booked Out; exclusive space
• Add on for main foyer area and/or loft area

Birthday Parties:

• Venue + Food + Tables and Chairs inclusive
• Food includes 8 Course International Cuisine Buffet Line, Hot Food Station like Truffle Fries
• Premium package includes Barista Coffee and Gourmet Tea
• Booking time slots: 1st Booking 10am – 2pm, 2nd Booking 3pm – 7pm
• Weekend and Public Holiday Surcharge +$500

Number of pax: 60-150 pax

Prices ranging from $38-$52/pax all inclusive

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please write to us for an official quotation. All prices are subject to final event requirements.

2. A non-refundable 70% deposit is required for event confirmation, with the balance payable on the event day. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, or PayNow. We regret that we will not be able to proceed with your venue booking without a deposit.

3. The duration of the event includes the setup and removal time unless otherwise stated. We do allow clients to enter the venue 30 minutes for the setup before the booking start time.

4. Do inform your Event Manager if you are bringing in external vendors like AV, bouncy castles, magicians or dessert table. Clearance for the unloading bay is required.

5. For quality & safety reasons, any food consumed after 3 hours is at the client’s discretion and therefore becomes their responsibility.

6. We do not provide a cake-cutting service. However, we will help with it when there is sufficient manpower available.

7. Disposable plates & cutlery are not provided for birthday cakes but are available at a small fee.

8. Basic AV system is available at a small fee upon request.

9. The estimate excludes other incidentals e.g. additional hours of rental for setup or event, additional cleaning fee should the venue grounds be soiled excessively, which will be billed at the end of your event. This estimate was based on the information available at the time of creation and is subject to change pending confirmation of the event schedule.

10. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the most recent version of this event proposal will overwrite the older versions.
