Nestled on the 3rd level of the National Library Building, OTC Cafe is a cafe and bar well tucked away from hectic city life. The cozy atmosphere makes it one of the best venue places in town for corporate events, exhibitions, and birthday parties.
Whether you're in search of a small, intimate meeting space or a larger venue accommodating 200-400 guests, we have you covered.

Event Booking:
For corporate booking, please reach out to events@otccafe.sg to discuss your venue and food requirements. We can cater to small group functions (< 50 pax) to large parties (200 - 400 pax), offering tea break refreshments, buffet line, canapes, lunch/dinner, coffee/tea etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Please write to us for an official quotation. All prices are subject to final event requirements.
2. A non-refundable 70% deposit is required for event confirmation, with the balance payable on the event day. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, or PayNow. We regret that we will not be able to proceed with your venue booking without a deposit.
3. The duration of the event includes the setup and removal time unless otherwise stated. We do allow clients to enter the venue 30 minutes for the setup before the booking start time.
4. Do inform your Event Manager if you are bringing in external vendors like AV, bouncy castles, magicians or dessert table. Clearance for the unloading bay is required.
5. For quality & safety reasons, any food consumed after 3 hours is at the client’s discretion and therefore becomes their responsibility.
6. We do not provide a cake-cutting service. However, we will help with it when there is sufficient manpower available.
7. Disposable plates & cutlery are not provided for birthday cakes but are available at a small fee.
8. Basic AV system is available at a small fee upon request.
9. The estimate excludes other incidentals e.g. additional hours of rental for setup or event, additional cleaning fee should the venue grounds be soiled excessively, which will be billed at the end of your event. This estimate was based on the information available at the time of creation and is subject to change pending confirmation of the event schedule.
10. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the most recent version of this event proposal will overwrite the older versions.

A cafe that offers an array of fusion food, from healthy grain bowls, Japanese don to lasagna and light bites.I had their yakitori don and it was hearty. The spacious layout provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind, catch up with friends, or even get some work done. The chill vibe of the space, combined with the friendly staff, created a welcoming environment that made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Just concluded another outstanding event at OTC Cafe! A heartfelt thank you to the event managers and crew who had worked tirelessly to ensure the success of my company's event. I highly recommend this venue to anyone seeking to host conferences, seminars, or parties. The spacious high ceilings flooded with natural light, easy parking, central Bugis location, and the option of freshly prepared barista coffee for guests make it an ideal choice for events. I noticed some negative reviews, but I believe people may not fully understand the challenges faced by F&B owners in Singapore, especially with the increasing difficulty in hiring foreign staff and the high costs associated with hiring locals. Having organized multiple events here, I can attest that the staff are some of the friendliest individuals I've encountered. Despite challenges like the impact of COVID-19 and library renovations leading to decreased foot traffic at the Drama Centre, they have persevered over the past few years. I'm grateful they have managed to maintain this space for regulars like us. Kudos to their resilience and dedication! Keep up with the great work guys!

cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. enjoyed how the chicken karrage seemed to be made in house considering how juicy and solid the chicken meat was. hot tea is refillable, great view by the high seats. they kindly helped to remake our truffles fries (which was very good!) when we dropped them, 10/10 service!
