With more than 27 years of culinary experience, Isan-born Chef de Cuisine – Chimkit Khamphuang, or better known as Chef Lisa, is dedicated to bringing a part of her Thai heritage to Sarai. Cancellation Policy by The Venue

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT POLICY

Should the event be cancelled after confirmation, the Deposit will be automatically deemed forfeited by the Client to be applied against the cancellation charges payable by the Client, as follows:

Payment Schedule = Event Charges:

>06 months prior to the date of the event = Amount equivalent to 50% of total charges for the event calculated based on the minimum guaranteed numbers

>02 months prior to the date of the event = A mount equivalent to 70% of total charges for the event calculated based on the minimum guaranteed numbers

>02 weeks prior to the date of the event = Amount equivalent to 85% of total charges for the event calculated based on the minimum guaranteed numbers

>07 days or less to the date of the event = Full contracted amount (100%)

Where the Deposit is insufficient to cover the cancellation charges payable, the balance will be billed to the Client through the credit card details provided

In the event that any applicable restrictions or regulations imposed by law render it illegal for the event to be held,the Client shall be permitted to postpone the event date, and such postponement will not be deemed a cancellation.The above-stated cancellation charges still remain applicable for any cancellation of the postponed event date. Such a postponement of the event date is subject always to the Restaurant's availability on the newly requested date.

The package agreed to under this Agreement may not be transferred by the Client to another person, and any such

intended transfer will be deemed to be a cancellation of the Event.

This Thai food is better than Thailand. Every dish that came was good, above average. Green curry was full of flavour. Dessert was above average too. Over all it is good. Price is definitely above average too. 😅

The food generally good, the way the cooking and presentation give you different type of experience, I like that, but taste wise can be improved. I had dinner on Friday's evening, the restaurant was quite crowded, the noise was contained in the restaurant, so was hardly for us to chit chat, plus the table length was long to the person opposite of you. If you are looking for quiet place to enjoy with friends, it might not be a good place.

Am grateful to a generous friend for a dinner treat here as I haven’t had good Thai food in ages. We ate from the Chef’s menu and had no regrets. Although the dinner menu seemed imposing, the portions were small enough to manage over a leisurely meal. Special mention to the staff who were extremely polite.

We rarely eat Thai food in SG n only on special occasion, the last time we ate the real ones was in Bangkok almost a year ago, surprisingly the food here is authentic. Service could improve a bit, hey I’m in the hospitality business for 45 years, anyway as usual we order the dishes we are familiar with. Overall the dishes we tried were all great. The restaurant ambience is beautiful with table cloth n nice cutlery. I’ll come back for the food but sadly not for the service, sorry
