Customers can bring their own entertainers to SORA, including dancers, singers, magicians, DJs, and live bands.

Charity events welcomed at SORA with $0 event space rental.

Cancellation Policies/Rules for SORA:

 1. Cancellation Period:

 ● Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled

 event date.

 2. Cancellation Fees:

 ● Cancellations made within 5 days of the event date will incur a

 cancellation fee of 50% of the total event booking cost.

 ● Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date will incur a

 cancellation fee of 80% of the total event booking cost.

 ● Cancellations on the same day of the event date will incur a

 cancellation fee of 100% of the total event booking cost.

 3. Refunds:

 ● Refundsfor cancellations made within the stipulated period will be

 processed promptly, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

 ● Refundsmaybeissued via the original payment method or as credit

 towards future bookings, as per the client's preference.

 4. Force Majeure:

 ● Intheevent of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters,

 government regulations, or other force majeure events, SORA reserves

 the right to cancel or reschedule events without penalty.

 5. Rescheduling:

 ● Clients may request to reschedule their event date subject to

 availability and approval by SORA management.

 ● Rescheduling requests should be made within 10 days prior to the

 original event date.

 6. Communication:

 ● Clients are required to notify SORA promptly of any cancellations or

 rescheduling requests.

 ● Allcommunication regarding cancellations or changes to the event

 booking should be made in writing or via email for documentation

 purposes.

 7. Deposit Policy:

 ● Anon-refundable deposit (50% of the total event booking cost) will be

 required at the time of booking to secure the event space. This deposit

 will be applied towards the total event cost and is subject to the

 cancellation policy outlined above.

 8. Policy Acknowledgment:

 ● Byconfirmingthe event booking, clients acknowledge and agree to

 adhere to SORA's cancellation policies and rules as outlined above.

 9. Exceptions:

● Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a

 case-by-case basis, at the discretion of SORA management, and should

 be requested in writing.

 10.Policy Updates:

 ● SORAreserves the right to update or modify the cancellation policies

 and rules as deemed necessary, with prior notice to clients
