This “House of Hot Pot” is designed to offer heart-warming dining experiences at equally affordable prices. Diners enjoy unlimited, top-quality chilled beef and pork in paper-thin slices and farmed chicken that are oh-so-delicious in their own right. Another highlight of Suki-Ya is its vegetable bar featuring a wide variety of fresh vegetables to round up the meal with a healthy touch. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT POLICY
Should the event be cancelled after confirmation, the Deposit will be automatically deemed forfeited by the Client to be applied against the cancellation charges payable by the Client, as follows:
06 months prior to the date of the event - Amount equivalent to 50% of total charges for the event calculated based on the minimum guaranteed numbers
02 months prior to the date of the event - Amount equivalent to 70% of total charges for the event calculated based on the minimum guaranteed numbers
02 weeks prior to the date of the event - Amount equivalent to 85% of fotal charges for the event to calculated based on the minimum guaranteed numbers
07 days or less to the date of the event - Full contracted amount (100%)
Where the Deposit is insufficient to cover the cancellation charges payable, the balance will be billed to the Client through the credit card details provided.
In the event that any applicable restrictions or regulations imposed by law render it illegal for the event to be held, or the Client shall be permitted to postpone the event date, and such postponement will not be deemed a cancellation. The above-stated cancellation charges still remain applicable for any cancellation of the postponed event date. Such a postponement of the event date is subject always to the Restaurant's availability on the newly requested date.
The package agreed to under this Agreement may not be transferred by the Client to another person, and any such intended transfer will be deemed to be a cancellation of the Event.

Been patronizing this Suki-ya outlet at Marina Square for many years. Nice dining area, with some nice sofa seating for big group. Spacious Food quality is good as usual. We love the pork. Seems the varieties has increased with some cooked food. Morover the drinks are inclusive Aileen (communicated on msg) is very hospital, friendly and helpful. Alan, the outlet incharge is welcoming and make us feel warm. Alice, the other staff is attentive and has initiative in asking if we want more meats when she realized we have finished those we ordered. Overall, it is a nice place to dine with family or friends.

The moment we pass by the Marina Square Suki-Ya outlet we were greeted by an authentic happy go lucky aura gentleman who seemed to be experienced in the F&B industry for many years namely, Mr Sean... He has a natural charisma that makes the outlet alive and filled with positive energy which is so welcoming which matches the warmness of savouring the delicious Shabu Shabu spreads... He explained to us on the latest promotions in house and was always ready to take our order as he is very attentive to his customers needs... I was also amazed at how he train his team member namely Mr Zheng Yu well that the junior was also customer service oriented with a fun humorous side to his guests dining at Suki-Ya Marina Square... Zheng Yu seemed to be accustomed to attentive table service with a smile behind the face mask... The food was amazingly great and freshness is outstanding compare to any other Hot Pot Buffet in Singapore... We had a nice time celebrating our casual anniversary dinner here at Suki-Ya Marina Square outlet and we will definitely patronize this outlet again very soon... This time with families and friends to join us... Thank you so much to make this place lovely with fresh food dear Kitchen and Service team of Suki-Ya Marina Square! Keep it up!! 💪🏼

Pleasant dinner buffet with wide spread of food. Free flow of drinks n desserts n ice cream too. Used to frequent the old outlet at tampines for lunch but less varieties. Good service n friendly staffs. 👍

Surprise with the varieties of food selections. Cosy ambience. Friendly staff. Thankful that Sean informed us that the buffet also included the drinks, fruits and desserts as we aren't aware at first. He was kind and encouraged us to take our time to enjoy it before we go off.

Above average steamboat buffet. The meat selection for the regular buffet only has 2 types of beef, 1 type of pork and chicken. Get the upgrade if you want more selection of meat/seafood. Recommend to just keep ordering beef short plate. Price is reasonable.
