The restaurant offers a fun and interactive ‘hands-on cooking’ and dining experience by allowing you to grill your own delectable meats at your very own table. No Yakiniku experience can be complete without Sake and Soju, and Tajimaya boasts a wide range of Sake and Shochu of the finest quality to complete your meal.

Equipped with a high-performance exhaust system that takes care of the smoke, your food adventure at Tajimaya remains comfortable in an air-conditioned environment. And foodies are welcome to enjoy al fresco dining like no other as the restaurant has an outdoor seating space that offers a panoramic view of Sentosa Island and Resorts World Sentosa.

Our Japanese meats are sourced with the highest grading from Kagoshima and Miyazaki; and prepared fresh daily by our highly skilled Chefs.
Tucked in the adjoining hallway from the main dining hall, our two private dining rooms at Great World and Vivo City outlets allow recess for private conversations, intimate celebrations, and business meetings of up to 16 guests.

Cancellation Policy by The Venue

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT POLICY

Should the event be cancelled after confirmation, the Deposit will be automatically deemed forfeited by the Client to be applied against the cancellation charges payable by the Client, as follows:

06 months prior to the date of the event - Amount equivalent to 50% of total charges for the event calculated based on the minimum guaranteed numbers

02 months prior to the date of the event - Amount equivalent to 70% of total charges for the event calculated based on the minimum guaranteed numbers

02 weeks prior to the date of the event - Amount equivalent to 85% of fotal charges for the event to calculated based on the minimum guaranteed numbers

07 days or less to the date of the event - Full contracted amount (100%)

Where the Deposit is insufficient to cover the cancellation charges payable, the balance will be billed to the Client through the credit card details provided.

In the event that any applicable restrictions or regulations imposed by law render it illegal for the event to be held, or the Client shall be permitted to postpone the event date, and such postponement will not be deemed a cancellation. The above-stated cancellation charges still remain applicable for any cancellation of the postponed event date. Such a postponement of the event date is subject always to the Restaurant's availability on the newly requested date.

The package agreed to under this Agreement may not be transferred by the Client to another person, and any such intended transfer will be deemed to be a cancellation of the Event.

Had the premier buffet at the Tajimaya. All the meats are good quality except for type of beef which is quite tough due to the lack of fats, but still the rest are good! Special mention the chicken is perfectly seasoned and I can’t get enough of it! Prawn and shishamo are fresh! Sashimi is great! Fresh! The cut is thick for both the sword fish and salmon. But kinda confused by the portion given vs ordered on system. Ordered the 2 share salmon and 10 shares of sword fish but came 5 and 11 slices respectively. Ordered the second time and still the wrong order. Nonetheless, all sashimi was served swiftly after ordered. All the side dishes is great! Especially the chawanmushi and onsen egg! But the miso clam soup is utterly disgusting, there is a weird aftertaste which I could not describe what it is. Next! STAY AWAY from the garlic rice and cold soba. No doubt rice is well seasoned but it is stone cold….. Have to force myself to finish it. Another dish is the cold soba which is serves at room temperature….. one of the most disgusting cold soba I ever had. Environment is pleasant to dine in! And the service staff need to be more attentive to customers, even so they are v responsive to every request. Overall, it is a decent dining experience but the rice and cold soba has to improve. Which explains the 3 stars too. Will surely return in future!

Nice Japanese charcoal grill with good offer. Restaurant was inviting with friendly staff, special mention to Yu Xuan who makes sure everyone is satisfied with the food and service. The place was clean and had good space and they even have private rooms and outdoors which is good for drinking. We will definitely come back here.
