Booking of the space: (min 4 hours)

$100/hour – Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

$150/hour – Monday to Friday 5pm-12am

$200/hour – Sat, Sun, PH 8am-5pm

$250/hour – Sat, Sun, PH 5pm-12am

FREE rental with any of the packages below:

1. Package A - $3000 - 6 bottles of Martell VSOP - 6 bottles of MOET Champagne - 12 mixers - 4 hours of event space usage

2. Package B - $2000 - 20 bottles of wine - 20 L Heineken beer - 4 hours of event space usage

3. Package C - $2000 - Buffet catering for 50 pax - 4 hours of event space usage - Additional pax at $40/pax

Deposit to secure date and time - $350Full payment to be made 1 week before the eventRefundable deposit - $350

All price is NETT, no GST, no Service Charge

Our package is customizable according to clients’ needs. We can arrange for decorations and photographer/videographer.

For cancellation above 1 month, $350 deposit will be refunded.

For cancellation 1-4 weeks before event, $850 will be forfeited.

For cancellation less than 1 week, no refund.
