temper. Wine Room & Lounge is a social wine room, restaurant, and cocktail lounge in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore where every detail is tempered with feeling. At its heart is a 1,200-label wine list curated by Master Sommelier Roberto Durán, paired with modern classic dishes from Michelin-starred talent and set to a soundtrack of jazz, soul, and R&B—an event space designed to feel considered rather than staged.
The open-concept, dual-level venue gives planners two distinct settings under one roof. Upstairs, The Wine Room offers an intimate atmosphere suited to private dinners, focused receptions, and corporate nights out, seating 40 guests or 60 standing. Downstairs, The Cocktail Lounge brings social energy for larger, livelier gatherings and late-night celebrations, also accommodating 40 seated or 60 standing. Whether it's an intimate gathering, a corporate function, or a private celebration, the space flows to match the mood of the occasion.

Monday & Tuesday: $15,000 ++ min spend

What are the payment terms?
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is payable on the day of the event.
- Full payment in advance is also welcomed.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We are a cashless venue and accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Are there any additional charges?
- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing GST and Service Charge.
- Private room bookings confirmed within 7 days of the event may incur a 20% surcharge.
- Any third-party vendor costs will be charged separately.
- If the agreed minimum spend is not met, the shortfall will be charged as part of the final bill.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can occasionally change. Should you need to cancel your event, the following terms will apply:
- For cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event date:
- 50% of the agreed minimum spend will be payable.
- Any deposit received will be retained and applied towards the cancellation fee.
- In the unlikely event that the venue is required to postpone or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, accidents, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will either:
- Provide a full refund of all monies received; or
- Work with you to arrange an alternative event date, subject to availability.
