Weekdays (Monday to Thursday) - $1,800

Weekends (Friday to Sunday, Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays) - $2,400

HALF DAY - After 6pm

Weekdays (Monday to Thursday) - $2,400

Weekends (Friday to Sunday, Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays) - $3,000

FULL DAY

Weekdays (Monday to Thursday) - $3,000

Weekends (Friday to Sunday, Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays) - $5,000

*All prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD), subject to prevailing goods and service tax rates.

* A booking of 4 hours is required for half day events and 8 hours for full day events.

* Bookings are subject to the approval of The Southern Depot.

Cancellation Policy by The Venue

Venue Renter is responsible for payment in full if the event is cancelled within 07 days or less of the Event Date. Venue Renter recognizes that the foregoing cancellation policy is not intended to be punitive, but reflects TSD foregoing actual or potential business opportunities in reserving the Venue for Venue Renter and diminished ability to rent the Venue within 30 days or less prior to an event date.

Where is the nearest MRT & Bus stop?

The closest MRT station is Labrador Park MRT. Take Exit A and cross the traffic light towards Gillman Barracks. It will take you about 5 minutes to get here via the sheltered walkway. For bus transportation, the nearest stops are 'Opp Alexandra Retail Ctr' and 'Alexandra Retail Ctr'. Buses servicing these stops include: 51, 93, 97, 100, 963, 61, 120, 175, 57, 166, and 97e.

Is there parking near the venue?

There are around 50 parking lots directly behind The Southern Depot, for both cars and motorcycles. Gillman Barracks Car Park C – Located behind Blk 43 Malan Road, 109443

Do you provide a complimentary parking coupon?

No, we do not offer complimentary parking coupons.

Is a stage available?

Yes, we have a stage measuring 4.8m (L) x 2.4m (W) x 0.6m (H).

Is your venue pet-friendly?

Pets are not allowed in the venue when food is being served. However, outside of dining times, pets are permitted provided they are on a leash or in a trolley. Service animals are welcome at all times.

Do we need to clean up after my event?

No, cleaning is included/added in your rental fee depending on event type and booking hours. However, please take all personal items with you.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Can you provide catering?

While we do not offer catering directly, we provide a curated catalogue of reputable caterers for you to explore and select from according to your preferences.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own caterer. Please ensure all food and beverages are cleared from the venue at the end of your event.

what a versatile & dope space! When we were considering TSD as a potential wedding location, Pamela was nothing short of amazing during the entire process ❤️‍🔥 even though we decided to hold our wedding overseas in the end, we will defo look to TSD in the future for other events 🫶🏻 highly recommend :)

Went for the free social walk hosted by TSD and it truly did not disappoint. The guide was really friendly and kept checking on everyone, asking if we were tired. The walk was relatively short (i think lesser than 5km), but very scenic. We even saw a monkey family but made sure to avoid them! The end stop was a cafe in TSD which served the yummiest iced chocolate, would totally do this walk again!! Thank you for the wonderful time~

Stumbled upon The Southern Depot when i went for their social walk in July, the route they planned out for just nice, there was so much to see. We ended the walk at Kaffa Bella and I was surprised by how accessible it was—located just opposite ARC at Labrador Park MRT. The vibe is super chill, perfect for an evening date. They also host exclusive events on weekends, so I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for those.

Beautiful event space! Perfect for corporate events, birthdays, weddings, meetings, seminars etc. Little Island's here, awesome craft beers and handmade sourdough woodfired pizzas. Weber grill academy for those who want to learn how to grill/smoke meats. And Kult Bespoke Leather Atelier, for leathercraft workshops and custom gifts.

I attended their community social walk. Since it was a free event, I decided to go just for fun, and it did not disappoint. The walk was extremely scenic, with beautiful views of nature and the sea by Keppel Bay. We even got to see some monkeys along the way. We ended the walk back at the Southern Depot and cooled down at Kaffa Bella with a couple of coffees and pastries. Everyone was SO nice and friendly, which made the time fly by. It was really run, I can't wait for the next one already!
