WeWork loves our members' pets, but some building management companies do not permit animals in their buildings. Submit a support request if you are unsure if your building is pet-friendly or not. Below are some important notes to keep in mind: • Members must provide vaccination papers or service dog paperwork when bringing a pet into one of our spaces. • Pets must be house-broken. • Pets are only permitted in non dog-friendly locations if they are service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). • Pets are permitted only in private offices and are not allowed to roam around unsupervised. Pets must be leashed in common areas. • If a pet is being disruptive, noisy, or destructive in any way, WeWork staff can ask the member to remove the pet from the space. • Submit your pet documentation in a support ticket and the Community Management team will keep the paperwork on file.

WeWork provides wireless access to members via the WeWorkWiFi network. This secure wireless network is available throughout all WeWork locations*. Guests and non-members can utilize our WeWorkGuest network*. Users share the Internet bandwidth at each WeWork location. Our reliable, high-speed internet connections will allow our members and guests to perform standard tasks without issue. We offer Dedicated Bandwidth for members who wish to reserve bandwidth for their exclusive use. *WeWorkWiFi and WeWorkGuest networks are not available in Russia or China.

As a WeWork member*, you are welcome to invite guests into our buildings. Pre-register your guests before arrival to optimize their experience. Guests will need to sign in at the front desk upon arrival. WeWork uses its proprietary system to document all guests entering a WeWork-operated location. Please make sure the guest brings their photo ID to check-in. As a member, you are responsible for all actions conducted by your guests. You are required to be present in the building when your guests visit. Guests are not allowed in the building if the member is not there to collect them. *Please note if you have a Hot Desk, All Access (including Global Access), or On Demand Membership, it is required you have a meeting room booked to host guests at any WeWork location. WeWork refrigerators operate at a temperature of under five (5) degrees per our food safety standard operating procedure. When are refrigerators cleared out? Refrigerators are cleared out weekly* to keep the fridge fresh, organized, and spacious for the following week. *3 pm on Fridays for most regions Any items left in the refrigerator without a note after this time will be removed, including the container. What if I want to leave something in the refrigerator over the weekend? Please attach a sticky note stating to keep it in the refrigerator along with your name.
