If I have to pick a word best to describe MEREKA, that word is 'Evolution'. Constantly rooting for evolution, in personal development, in skills, in community- MEREKA is a progressive platform that provides a safe space and learning programmes for everyone (especially the younger gen) to create something for themselves so that they they do not only rely on the "system" but their own abilities. I had the honor to witness how progressive they are, when they invited me to work with them to conduct a Therapeutic Art session at one of their networking events. Collaborating with MEREKA helped me remember how our current gen are truly opened towards self-evolution. It also reflects in the team that I was liaising with- I admire how pro-active they are in making sure things were handled well and smoothly. Had the opportunity to work with the amazing Me.reka Space for our NGO - the Malaysian Philosophy Society's latest event: Live Love Labour Festival 2023: The Art of Bersantai (Philosophy of Slow Living). The Me.reka team, especially Hakeem, was superb in liaising with us - being accommodative, kind and helpful in every way possible. The huge 12,000 sq ft wholespace is also equipped with state-of-the-art facilities available, perfect for a modern festival where we needed an hybrid online set up. As an NGO, we were also kindly offered the NGO rate for rental too. After surveying many event venues, we did not look back after bumping into Me.reka. Thank you. 10/10, would work together again.

Parking is available at the mall, and if you're unsure where to find it, just Google "Saba Restaurant"—Mereka is right behind the escalator as you enter the entrance where Saba is on the right. It's a unique setup with co-working space facilities and community initiatives. Looks like almost all the furniture is eco-friendly. Lovely and calm ambience too.
