RESERVATION GUIDELINES/PROCEDURE
The client shall sign the Reservation Agreement and Breakage/Damage Bond Deposit directly with Esna Realty & Development Corp. (ESNA Rooftop) and shall put up the required down payment upon confirmation of the function date. Without this payment, reservation is deemed not confirmed.
Clients may directly coordinate with our accredited caterers for details and arrangements.
The display of posters, streamers and other related materials shall be subject to approval of Management.
Use of facilities: Ingress of at least 4 hrs. maximum before reservation time.
In the event CLIENT cancels the agreement, the 50% Down Payment will be forfeited.
Esna Realty & Development Corp. (ESNA Rooftop) and the CLIENT hereby agree on a required Breakage/Damage Fee of P3,000.00 for the usage of desired function room/facility.
The CLIENT shall issue either a check or make the cash deposit as required which will be refundable 100% within 2-3 days after the event if there is no damage on the facility. This deposit shall be made together with the 50% down payment.
In view of negligence that caused damage to the property of the building, if the Breakage/Damage Fee is not enough to cover the total amount of damage, the excess is assumed by the CLIENT.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Down payment of 50% of total amount due upon signing of Contract while the balance to be paid immediately after the party/event.
