Cancellation Policy by The Venue

1. A 50% non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event;

2. Full payment is required no later than 14 days before the event;

3. In event of cancellation, no refund of any amount paid;

- Ohana Beach House(operating name) reserve the right to cancel your event and retain any payment made in the event that the payment is not received in full 14 calendar days before the date of your event;

- In the event that client cancel the event after payment, Ohana Beach House(operating name) reserves the right to retain 100% of the amount charged, and client shall indemnify Ohana Beach House(operating name) in respect of any non-refundable amounts it may have incurred to third parties;

4. After receipt of payment, you shall be entitled to postpone your event to an alternative date within a period of 2 calendar months from the original date of your event;

- Any request to postpone the event must be made by giving notice to Ohana Beach House(operating name) not later than 2 calendar months before the original date of your event;

- If you give notice of postponement later than 2 calendar months before the date of your event, Ohana Beach House(operating name) reserves the right to charge you for any additional cost of your event, and you shall indemnify Ohana Beach House(operating name) for the full cost of any non-refundable amounts incurred to third parties.

Its always a good idea to have a drink or two at Ohana. Its been our favourite neighbourhood pub for about 5-6 years now. And definitely missed when they had to shutdown temporarily during Covid. Music is always chill, the sea breeze always refreshing and the vibes always positive.

Lovely chill place. Lovely view. Great soundtrack and apparently live band from 7pm. We had pizza and beef pie. Delicious! Plus cheese fries. Also yum.

The food was surprisingly nice! Really enjoyed the soft shell crab, calamari and caesar salad. The lady singing had a great voice too. Nice vibes in the place. Only gripe is service was slow and food took awhile. Overall nice place to chill
