Came here for dinner and I’ll have to say the food was a hit! Had the cold pasta, purple cabbage, wok hey duck confit and the Canadian tomahawk pork. The cold pasta went well with the lobster bisque, crab and caviar, it also had hae bee to top that added extra flavour to it. The purple cabbage was really interesting! It was creamy and the ikura popping in your mouth was like the cherry on top. The duck confit was normal, nothing spectacular but the wok hey rice noodles underneath was an interesting touch to the dish. The pork was really tender and the crusted parts had black pepper which gave it a slight kick. Wanted to try the desserts but they were not available which was a bummer. Overall a really pleasant dining experience

Went for the communal set and most of the dishes were great! Crabmeat Pie Tee was a bit fishy, Escargot and bone marrow was superb, C&C&C pasta was alright, but we really enjoyed the purple cabbage in prawn head butter! Nothing to complain about the two mains - Duck confit and Asparagus risotto. Service was generally good, except that the older short hair lady could really put a smile on while serving the tables. Would def come back to try their next version of menu when it happens!

Congratulations to Chef Dylan on the opening of his new outlet at The Capitol Piazza! We indulged in their 4-course meal and were impressed by the diverse flavors and creativity. Highlights included the refreshing Seasonal Oysters with watermelon and calamansi granita, the sizzling Wagyu Steak Au Poivre, and the innovative Fennel Guava Aiyu Jelly. Definitely worth a visit to support our local chef! Special shout out to Jerry and Boon who provided excellence service throughout our meal, ensuring that the pace of the food was just right and meticulously explaining each dish they served. Their attentiveness added an extra layer of delight to the dining experience, making it truly memorable. 🥰

We went to this lovely new restaurant at Capitol last night, and were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the food was. Their exceptional service further enhanced our dining experience. Thank you very much to Jerry & crew! You could just tell that every single staff took pride in their work. We started with their signature dish C&C&C&C&C&C Pasta (Crabmeat, caviar, confit lemon, chorizo, capellini & clams). It’s a delicious blend of seafood and flavors, perfectly complemented by a rich lobster bisque. The cold serving enhances the freshness and allows the ingredients to shine. This is one memorable dish for sure. The Hay Smoked Hamachi, served with Kelp Barley, Asian Herb Pesto & Tempura Shiso was another dish that stood out. The Asian Herb Pesto provides a refreshing burst of flavour, further elevating the already well executed dish. Next up was my personal dish of the night, which also happens to be 1 of their signature dish, the Duck Confit. It was served with Wok Hey Rice Noodles, Mushrooms, Petit Pois, Home Cured Egg Yolk & Mirabelle Plum Vinaigrette. The rice noodles blew us away with the super strong wok hei. Only downside was the portion of the rice noodles. Good to know that they have the option of the Wok Hei Rice Noodles as a side dish ($8). I might just top up with that in future. We usually won’t go for steaks, however Jerry convinced us to give their Steak Au Poivre on Hot Plate a try. It sure didn’t disappoint! The Wagyu steak was cooked to perfection. Knowing it’s my birthday month, they surprised us with a lovely dessert, Truffle & Tulakalum (Fresh Truffle, Truffle ice-cream, 75% Valrhona Dark Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate Mousse, Mushroom Soil & Lemon Verbena). There was actual truffle shavings on the truffle ice-cream! It was a very unique flavor, we loved it! What a lovely dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Restaurant was pretty empty on PH morning. Food was nice with a good twist. Kueh pie tee casing was soft, will be better if it crispy. Waffles & roe, waffles wasn’t warm. I felt it will be better if it warm and crispy. Duck confit > 5Cs pasta.
