Cancellation Policy
🔒 Booking & Payment Policy
● All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with full payment.
● Minimum 7 working days' advance booking is recommended.
● Same-day or next-day bookings may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
● Booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation email.
💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy
● Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a 100% refund.
● Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
● Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
● Date changes are allowed once only, subject to availability and at least 7 days in advance.

Usage & Overtime Policy
● Booking hours must include setup and teardown time.
● Overtime charges will apply based on Vita Venue’s standard hourly rate at the time of booking (or part thereof).
● Events must end and guests vacate by 10:00 PM, unless special arrangements are made.
🧼 Cleaning & Damage Policy
● The venue must be returned in the original condition.
● Cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess, spillage, or leftover materials.
● Any damage to property, furniture, or AV equipment will be charged to the renter at repair/replacement cost.
● Outside caterer allowed but cleaning fees applied
