We are generally very flexible and ensure our clients have a good time as long as its within the boundaries of Singapore Law. To secure your preferred event date and ensure the best experience, we require a 50% deposit upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellations:

• More than 30 days before the event:

Full refund of deposit (minus a 5% admin fee)

• 15–30 days before the event:

50% refund of deposit

• 7–14 days before the event:

Deposit is non-refundable, but can be credited toward a new date within 3 months (subject to availability)

• Less than 7 days before the event:

Full payment is due; no refunds or credits

Postponements / Date Changes:

• One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested more than 14 days in advance.

• New date must fall within 3 months of the original booking.

• Subject to availability and confirmation in writing.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters), we will offer flexible rescheduling options or partial refunds depending on the situation.
