Payment

(c) Full payment must be made within 14 days from the date of booking. Otherwise, the booking will be released and the applicant would need to resubmit their booking which is subject to availability.

(d) Where the event date are less than 28 days, the applicant is required to make full payment immediately upon booking.

(a) Any cancellation must be notified in writin gvia email and notice period excludes the day of email notification.  Any postponement of event date to a later date is regarded as cancellation.  Should you wish to cancel booking, the following cancellation fees will be levied:

i. Less than 15 days before event - 100% of Total Cost

ii.  15 days to 27 days before event - 50% of Total Cost

(b) Irrespective of any other provision in this document, LLI reserves the rights to cancel any booking at any time without giving any reasons whatsoevr and any refund to be made shall be at th esole discretion of LLI.  Alternatively, the applicant may in LLI's sole discretion be offered the option to change the date of the event, subject to availability.
