The room was excellent, I was impressed that they had a daybed and a large desk and the hospitality was great. I was attended by Kazim & Lin, they were very welcoming and assisted me well with my check in. Will come again and hope to have the same great room experience.

The place is brilliant. Neat and clean place. The room we had was big. Toilet was big. The free breakfast was delicious. The location is close to the center. Also, stations and bus stops are near here.

We were doing event at M Hotel on 8th March, the sales manager Jeffrey Ling was been professional and helpful, the lighting technician I believe was a Malay guy (sorry I forgot his name), he was professional with lighting control and observe the event flow. I would recommend people to come here to do their events, company events or weddings.

Services are very good. I turn on button for room cleaning service at 8 PM, by 10 PM already done. The hose in bathroom spilling water by 11PM, by 11.30PM maintenance has come and fixed it. So speedy and efficiently. My friend forgot her stuff in the fridge when checking out, after 8hrs coming back they still have it. Great!
