Cancellation Policy
Any changes to the event date, including cancellations or postponements, must be communicated in writing after the event booking has been confirmed.
- If booking is canceled 15 days before the event date - 50% refund of booking services and deposit.
- If booking is cancelled 14 days or less, before the event date - 0% refund of booking services and deposit.
- Changes of event date / Postponement of event are subject to the venue's availability. The request must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date.
