Situated in the historical Anglo-Chinese School in the heart of the CBD area. Restaurant Espoir serves refined Modern European Cuisine laced with Malayan influence and made Halal. Retaining the old-world charm with touches of chinoiserie elements in its design, Restaurant Espoir serves as a venue to impress guests with its opulence and grandeur on its first floor.
On the second floor, Restaurant Espoir boasts a feminine design element with south pink touches and an outdoor roof garden complete with a private room that can host up to 30 guests. Complete with a projector and sound system, the second floor would be an ideal venue for romantic weddings and solemnizations.

We just wrapped up our company's private event here with about 40 people, and I can't express how grateful I am for Fatihah. She was not just accommodating but genuinely understanding of all our requests, answering every question we had. Communication with her made organizing this event a breeze especially when I only approached her like a week or two before the event, and her hands-on approach, even helping out last minute, was truly appreciated. (By printing out last minute changes for the name tents and menu due to replacement of staff) The food? Absolutely fantastic – from starters to soup, main course, and those delightful and beautiful desserts (please have them, they have others too). Despite a small glitch with the projector (technical issues) we managed to navigate through, thanks to some quick thinking. Huge shoutout to the team as well (Tony, Adawiyah, Shafiqa, Anis and Taha), for handling last-minute seating arrangement and filling out drinks whenever it is almost done. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for any event or a special date. Can't wait to bring my husband and daughter here soon to try out the other foods! Thank you to team for making our event a successful one. 🤍

Great ambience with even more amazing food. The service was wonderful, such nice and kind staff. The best place I’ve been to in Singapore. I had the scallops, unagi pasta and the match dessert with the elixir drink. Have you ever had food that was so delicious it gave you that happy dance feeling? This is that kind of experience. Oh and the Elixir drink was just so smooth and well-balanced that it lasted throughout the dinner!! I just enjoyed it overtime time, no rush. Please stop by here, you won’t regret it

We thought the portion looked small when it was served but wow it really does fill your tummy and it tastes really good too! Staff were attentive, and we could tell that a new staff was on training — but everyone was sincere and gave good recommendations too!

Ordered the squid ink paella ($38) and the seafood was generously portioned and cooked just right. That said, the sotong masak hitam base was over-seasoned and overpowered the freshness of the seafood. Service was friendly, just unfortunately on the slower side, but the restaurant was overall pleasant to dine in.
