Cancellation Policy by The Venue

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the venue for your event. This cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Should you need to cancel or postpone your event for any reason, the following change or cancellation fees shall be levied:

60 days or more prior to the event: Deposit is transferrable to a new date, and you will be charged a change/cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your existing deposit.
Within 60 days of the event: Deposit is transferrable, and a change/cancellation fee of 75% of your deposit will be charged.
It is not possible to cancel or postpone an event with 7 days or less notice, as food and beverage orders will have already been executed. You may wish to receive your ordered food and beverages as a takeaway instead.
