Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

• Prices quoted include 9% GST
• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks in advance to confirm the event.
• The 50% balance will be due on event day.

Cancellation and Postponement

• 35% of the quoted value will be chargeable if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to event date.
• 100% of deposit will be forfeit if cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to event date.
• Postponement of event must be made at least 2 weeks before event date.
• 35% of quoted value will be chargeable if postponement is made less than 2 weeks prior to event date.

Food and Beverage

• F&B selections must be submitted 10 days in advance.
• Failure to do so may result in a standard menu being provided.

Attendee Count

• The estimated number of attendees must be provided 2 weeks before the event.
• You will be charged based on the actual number of attendees or the committed number of attendees, whichever is higher.
• No refunds will be provided if the actual number of attendees is less than the committed number.

Safety and Liability

• You agree to sign a disclaimer and discharge of liability prior to entry to the venue.
• You understand that the deposit and booking of add-on services are non-refundable/cancellable.
• All participation in activities is subject to safety and hygiene measures.
• Non-compliance with safety regulations may result in denial of participation without a refund.

Privacy and General Terms

• You agree to the Personal Data Privacy Policy and allow X-Scap8 to keep records of your attendance, including CCTV footage and images.
• The Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and may impose additional measures in unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are deemed to have read and fully understand and comply with the above when confirming the booking with us.
