Silencio’s kitchen is led by Sean Mell, previously the long-time Executive Chef of Nobu Hong Kong with over 10 strong years of experience at Nobu’s award winning establishments around the world under his belt. Chef Sean continues to drive innovation, combining familiar flavours with seasonal local ingredients and modern techniques to create an unprecedented izakaya experience.
