STANDARD RATE:

Hourly rate: 

Weekday (Mon – Fri)  RM 300 / hour

Weekends (Sat-Sun)  RM 350 / hour

CANCELLATION & REFUND:

Cancellation are not refundable but change of dates are allowed for one time.

YOUR INDEMNITY TO US:

You are liable and solely responsible for:

1. your use of the Club’s premise and online site(s);

2. any services you buy at the Club’s premises and online site(s);

3. the services, message, content, information, software or other materials you send through the Club’s online site(s);

4. your breach of any intellectual property rights belonging to others;

5. your breach of these Club’s rules, regulations, and policy;

6. your breach of any industry code, regulation or law that applies.

7. You are accountable for all claims, liabilities, costs, expenses (including legal fees) and loss to any other person when such an issue arises. You must agree to indemnify us, our directors, officers, employees, and agents from all financial claims.

8. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you at our own expense. In such a case, you consent to cooperate with our defence of such claim.

9. We do not guarantee or promise that your access to our services is free from interruption, errors, defects, viruses or other harmful components. We make no promises regarding your access to our premise or online site(s), or the results of your access, in terms of correctness, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability or otherwise. In addition, we are not accountable for any loss claimed or incurred by you or others as a result of any lack of availability.
